Taconic Crest Trail
Stretching across more than 35 miles, the Taconic Crest Trail is a haven for the adventurous hiker. It winds through the entire Taconic Range, showcasing a diverse array of landscapes including lush forests, expansive meadows, and rugged outcroppings. This trail offers a unique opportunity for hikers to find peace and deep connection with nature. The journey on this part of the Taconic Crest Trail starts at Route 346 and concludes at Route 2, meandering along the borders of three states.
